Pet Pickup Scooper
Part Time / Full Time Up to 40 hours per week $20/hour
About the Role
Pet Pickup is a route-based yard cleaning service focused on reliability, professionalism, and customer care. We’re looking for dependable team members who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems independently, and helping keep our customers’ properties clean and safe.
Responsibilities
- Drive a small pickup truck between customer properties
- Clean and deodorize residential yards
- Walk and stand for extended periods in sun, rain, or cold weather
- Interact professionally with customers when needed
- Make safe decisions before entering properties
- Document notes and unusual situations in customer job profiles
- Communicate important issues to Pet Pickup management
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hour
- Annual pay increases after 1 year of employment
- Annual profit sharing after 1 year of employment
(increases with each additional year of employment) - 1 week paid time off after 2 years of employment
- 2 weeks paid time off after 3 years of employment

(typical premium runs $70–$100/month if enrolled — Pet Pickup covers half)
